This site is hosted on Vercel and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when resources load. This version has no contact-form database or added analytics tracker. Email and WhatsApp links open external services, which handle information under their own policies.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with providers needed to deliver agreed services, process payments or meet legal obligations. Payment information entered on an external payment provider's page is handled by that provider. Do not send us full card details, passwords or OTPs.
We retain correspondence and project records as needed for the service, recordkeeping and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.

These terms apply to this website and enquiries about The Eastern Cult's software and design services. A written quotation or project agreement defines the scope of each engagement.
Deliverables, pricing in INR, applicable taxes, advance payments, milestones and due dates are agreed before work begins. Any change to scope, price or delivery schedule requires written agreement. See our pricing details.
Clients must supply accurate requirements, authorised content, necessary access and timely feedback. Delivery schedules and acceptance criteria are set in the project agreement. Changes or delayed inputs may require a revised schedule. Third-party hosting, platform approvals and service availability are outside our direct control.
Ownership or licensing of project deliverables and source-code handover are set out in the project agreement. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their respective licences. Clients must have the right to provide the content and materials they supply.
See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Maintenance, support periods and service commitments apply as specified in the written agreement. Contact us to resolve project or billing concerns. Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under applicable law.

Cancellation requests and refunds are reviewed against your project agreement, completed work and approved expenses.
