Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to this website and enquiries about The Eastern Cult's software and design services. A written quotation or project agreement defines the scope of each engagement.

Scope and payment

Deliverables, pricing in INR, applicable taxes, advance payments, milestones and due dates are agreed before work begins. Any change to scope, price or delivery schedule requires written agreement. See our pricing details.

Client inputs and delivery

Clients must supply accurate requirements, authorised content, necessary access and timely feedback. Delivery schedules and acceptance criteria are set in the project agreement. Changes or delayed inputs may require a revised schedule. Third-party hosting, platform approvals and service availability are outside our direct control.

Ownership and permitted use

Ownership or licensing of project deliverables and source-code handover are set out in the project agreement. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their respective licences. Clients must have the right to provide the content and materials they supply.

Cancellations, support and concerns

See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Maintenance, support periods and service commitments apply as specified in the written agreement. Contact us to resolve project or billing concerns. Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under applicable law.
